Transcript, Test & Financial Document Submission

Methods of Submission

Please view the list below for ways to send your transcripts, test scores, and financial documents. Failure to follow instructions may result in a delay in your application, including the inability to apply for the desired semester.

All transcripts and documents must be received two weeks before the application deadline of the desired semester. Test scores must be received two to three days before the application deadline of the desired semester.
  • All transcripts sent through the mail must be official and sealed and can be sent to:

    *Please note that mail can take two to three weeks to arrive when sent from the mainland United States or through international mail.

  • Transcripts

    :

    Official transcripts may be sent through Parchment Exchange or National Student Clearinghouse. Transcripts will not be accepted through email. Transcripts usually take one to two weeks to process after our office receives them.

    Test Scores

    :

    SAT/ACT scores must be sent electronically through the SAT and ACT websites. Scores usually take two to three days to process after our office receives them.

  • Transcripts: Official transcripts may be sent electronically one of two ways:

    1. e-Transcript Service- official transcripts may be sent from the following e-Transcript services: Parchment Exchange or National Student Clearinghouse.
    2. Email- Transcripts that are emailed must be official and cited by an ecclesiastical leader (branch president, bishop, stake president) that is not a family member. Transcripts may be sent by a self-reliance manager or missionary as long as they are cited by the manager or missionary sending them or an ecclesiastical leader. Transcripts will not be accepted from the school registrar's office. Transcripts must be sent in PDF format.

    Test Scores: Official test scores may be sent electronically one of two ways:

    1. Directly from the testing service- Official test scores may be sent via email directly from the test service.
    2. Email- Test scores that are emailed must be official and cited by an ecclesiastical leader (branch president, bishop, stake president) that is not a family member. Test scores may be sent by a self-reliance manager or missionary as long as they are sent and cited by the manager or missionary that administered the test. Test scores must be sent in PDF format.

    Financial Documents: Financial documents may be sent via email. They do not need to be cited.

  • The official transcript/test score needs to be taken to the ecclesiastical leader.

    1. The leader needs to include the following:
      1. Leader's printed name, title (Branch President, Bishop, etc.) and the date.
      2. The following words: "Official transcript (or test score) has been cited."
    2. The leader then signs the document underneath the above information.
    3. The student can then email a PDF version of the document to our office at admissions@byuh.edu.
