BYU–Hawaii Freshman Admissions Criteria
BYU–Hawaii Entrance Requirements: High School Transcripts & ACT or SATStudents from the Marshall Islands may participate in a special admissions program for Guam, Micronesia, American Samoa, and Hawaii.
Academic Factor Generally, BYU–Hawaii looks for students with a GPA of 2.8 or higher and an ACT score of 21 or higher. Students with lower GPA or ACT scores can be considered for the Challenge Program.
Students in the Challenge Program are required to pass two specific classes in the fall semester with a 2.5 GPA in those classes in order to be able to continue on to the next semester.
