We would encourage you to not pursue any of the options below if they conflict with health and safety recommendations in your area and/or involve travel outside of your local area.

If you are interested in taking BYUH distance learning courses, please send an email to admissions@byuh.edu with the following information:

- Name (First and Last)
- BYUH Student ID #
- A list of courses you are interested in enrolling. Please note that options are limited (9 credits max).

Local University or College Course Work
A complete list of transferrable courses from your local college or university can be found on our Transfer Evaluation Matrix. Any courses from your home institution that are not transferrable as a course will transfer for elective credit.

If you are interested in applying for BYU-Idaho Online Learning please send an email to admissions@byuh.edu.

We will then send you the special instructions for enrolling in BYU-Idaho online courses as a “non-matriculated” or distance education student (9 credits max).

Please refer to the institute website about which religion courses are being offered at an Institute near you.

*Note: BYU–Hawaii requires students to complete 14 credits of religion in order to graduate. Of these 14 credits, students must complete REL 200, REL 225, REL 250 and REL 275.
